A: Our plant and retail store are located in Jefferson. Get Directions Q: What are your hours?
A: Our normal business and retail store hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm. Individual staff hours may vary. We are closed on Saturdays at this time. Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: We ask that you allow 3-10 business days for turnaround. If you need your items sooner, we will work with you to complete your order on time.
Q: Are there set-up charges/minimums for embroidery?
A: There is a one-time digitizing/set-up fee for embroidery. Once we have your logo designed in our software, you may order and personalize apparel with no minimums and no additional set-up fees. Q: Are there set-up charges/minimums for screen printing?
A: We do ask for a minimum of 12 pieces per order (same screen) to avoid set-up charges. If you are unable to meet the minimum, a $15 fee will be applied to your order for set-up. Q: Do you handle one-piece, custom orders?
A: Though we may have the capabilities to customize a one-piece order, we find that it can often be time-consuming and costly and not always feasible for us to handle. We may evaluate and even quote on your project/idea, however, please expect that there will be set-up and handling fees involved. Q: Can I bring in my own apparel to be decorated?
A: In some cases, we may consider decorating "customer's own materials", however, we do not recommend this as we cannot be held responsible for machine or operator errors that may ruin your pieces. We do have a catalog with a wide selection of apparel to choose from. This is typically much more cost effective for our customers and easier for us to replace items should they fall victim to error. Q: I've seen a lot of cool, unique stuff in your store - what else does your company have to offer?
